Transcription Associate

As our Transcription Associate, you will help the Transcription department provide and ensure quality transcription services to all customers. Every day you will Manage escalation reports in multiple systems, investigate and resolve errors, audit reports for accuracy and completeness. To thrive in the role, you must have exceptional customer service skills and strong communication skills.

Here s what you will experience working as a Transcription Associate:
Must have strong communication skills and ability to navigate through challenging conversations with various customer positions such as physicians, Health Information Management leaders, hospital department leaders, etc.
Responsible for timely delivery of transcribed documents of all work types.
Review escalations (pended work) by transcriptionists or editors in case of an uncertainty about the dictation/report.
Provide feedback to the transcriptionists or clinicians as appropriate

Required Skills
Minimum five years working as a transcriptionist/editor.
Must possess strong management skills and be able to coordinate with managers and team members to ensure adequate client/customer support coverage.
Must have excellent time management skills.
Must be able to maintain multiple site information and must be able to multitask.

For this US-based position, the base pay range is $17.81 - $25.89 per hour . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
