How You Build Wealth (The Residual Model): This is a portfolio-building role. • You Call: You sign up a local HVAC tech or Real Estate Agent as a partner. • They Refer: That partner refers their clients to us for energy upgrades. • You Earn: You earn a commission on every single deal that flows through that partner's account—forever. Who You Will Be Calling: We target industries that are already inside the home and trusted by the homeowner: • Real Estate Agents & Brokers • Handymen & General Contractors • HVAC Technicians • Roofers • Home Inspectors • Property Managers • Solar Sales Teams (looking for add-ons) Responsibilities: • B2B Cold Calling: Reaching out to business owners (monetizing their current client base). • Onboarding: Getting the partner set up with their referral link/account. • Account Management: Checking in with your partners to encourage more referrals. Requirements: • B2B Experience: Experience getting past gatekeepers and talking to business owners is preferred. • Vision: You understand that building a network of partners is more profitable than making one-off sales. • Equipment: Remote office setup (Computer/Headset/Internet).
