Opportunities in Training & Development TIVC is actively seeking to expand our pool of qualified 1099 consultants with expertise in leadership and soft skills training. If you have experience in any of the roles or certifications listed below, we encourage you to submit your resume. You do not need to meet all qualifications—applicants with any relevant mix of skills are welcome. We are especially interested in candidates with experience supporting training engagements for federal, state, and local government clients, as well as nonprofits and corporate partners. We Are Seeking Independent Consultants With Experience In One or More of the Following Areas: Training Roles • Instructional Designers – Develop and revise engaging training content using adult learning and universal design principles. • 508 Compliance Specialists – Remediate training materials to ensure full accessibility and compliance. • Training Facilitators & Coaches – Lead live (virtual or in-person) training sessions; coach leaders and staff across organizations. • Training Program Managers – Oversee the successful execution of training contracts, ensuring performance, compliance, and client satisfaction. • Editors – Provide editorial support and quality assurance for training deliverables. • Technical Facilitators – Support the technical delivery of virtual trainings; assist facilitators and participants to ensure seamless execution. • Technical/Proposal Writers – Create compelling and compliant proposals and training solutions tailored to client needs.
