The Company Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Here, you will have the chance to work with amazing clients such as Hinge, Lego, and McDonalds across their technology, marketing, and communications departments. These are regular clients that the firm have on a retainer, meaning that you will have roles to fill from day one. You will also have the chance to build up your own exclusive client base across the globe, which definitely helps add up the commission you will see!

·Starting salary of £25, rising with each promotion (Senior = £35k)
·Excellent commission structure with no threshold, and rising to 45%

·Cold calling companies and trying to win their business
·Attending client meetings and keeping up to date with hiring criteria
·Sourcing candidates through headhunting on LinkedIn
·Manging the end-to-end interviewing process and liaising with clients and candidates
·Negotiating the best contract for your candidate
·Consistently updating and adding to the company database
·Creating market relevant content for LinkedIn
·Working towards and exceeding personal targets
The Ideal Candidate Trainee Recruitment Consultant
·Experience working in a sales or commercial background
·Excellent problem solving skills
·Articulate and confident speaking with a range of individuals over the phone
·Financial drive and want to earn over a basic pay
·Ambitious to build a successful and long career for yourself
