## Job description Trading Operations tasks: Trade settlement and communication with internal and external trading counterparties to ensure timely and accurate settlements Trade reconciliation from post trade to settlement to ensure correct and timely settlement Liaising internally with the wider trading and other teams, OTC and options teams on balances and settlement status, and providing administrative support where needed Asset rebalancing and whitelisting of crypto addresses across multiple CEXs and DEXs Helping improve and contributing to the design of a more streamlined trade reporting and post-trade settlement procedures ## Background and experience We value self-awareness, passion, and a conscious choice to thrive in the crypto industry. Crypto Interest: Enthusiasm for cryptocurrencies, blockchain, and DeFi, with a basic understanding of digital asset markets or a willingness to learn rapidly. Analytical Skills: Comfort with data analysis and problem-solving, ideally with exposure to Python, SQL, R, or similar tools for processing market data.
