Trademark Of Counsel
Osha Bergman Watanabe and Burton, LLP (OBWB) is looking for an experienced candidate for our Trademark department. The candidate should have at least 3 years of relevant trademark experience. An ideal candidate has significant hands-on experience working on trademark matters, including:
ā¢ domestic and international prosecution and oppositions
ā¢ domestic and international trademark clearance
Experience with the following is a plus:
ā¢ general trademark/branding counseling and opinion work
ā¢ global portfolio management
ā¢ domestic and international enforcement and monitoring
ā¢ experience with the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board
ā¢ experience with Madrid Protocol
ā¢ experience with Uniform Dispute Resolution Policy
ā¢ experience with drafting and negotiating IP transactions/agreements
ā¢ trademark litigation
Must have a J.D. degree from an ABA-approved law school and be an active member in good standing of the Bar.
