This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to Toyota vehicle owners by managing their service needs and ensuring their satisfaction. The Service Advisor will act as a liaison between the customer and the service technicians, ensuring all repairs and maintenance are communicated effectively and completed in a timely manner.Compensation & Benefits:This is a full-time, salaried position with competitive compensation and benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401k, paid time off, and employee discounts.Responsibilities:- Greet customers and provide a friendly and welcoming atmosphere- Listen to customers' concerns and accurately document them- Utilize dealership and manufacturer service guidelines to determine necessary repairs and maintenance- Communicate maintenance or repair recommendations and costs to customers- Schedule and coordinate service appointments with customers- Maintain accurate records of services, repairs, and customer interactions- Manage service technicians' schedules and ensure timely completion of repairs- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns- Handle customer complaints and escalate as necessary- Inform customers of additional services or promotions offered by the dealership- Stay up-to-date on Toyota products, services, and promotions- Maintain a clean and organized service reception areaRequirements:- High school diploma or equivalent, some college or vocational training preferred- 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in the automotive industry- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment- Knowledge of Toyota vehicles and their service requirements is a plus- Must be able to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods of time- Must have a valid driver's license- Ability to pass a background check and drug screeningEEOC Statement:Mills Auto Group is an equal opportunity employer and a drug-free workplace.
