Job Summary:
AAA Towing Services, a leading name in the towing industry, is currently looking for a dynamic and hardworking part-time Tow Truck Driver. This position offers competitive hourly pay with additional benefits such as Health and Dental coverage, Paid Training, and Paid Vacations. The chosen candidate will work under 4 hours per day, providing quality customer service while performing their duties.
Job Description:
The Tow Truck Driver will be responsible for providing safe, efficient, and friendly roadside assistance to AAA members. This includes but is not limited to towing, jump-starts, lockouts, and tire changes. The candidate should have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle stressful situations, and maintain professionalism at all times.
Responsibilities:
Responding to calls and providing service in a timely manner
Operating heavy-duty trucks and equipment
Towing and recovering vehicles safely and efficiently
Performing pre-trip and post-trip inspections
Providing excellent customer service
Preparing accurate paperwork and reports
Adhering to company policies and procedures
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Must pass a drug test and background check
Good physical health as heavy lifting may be required
Should be comfortable working in outdoor conditions
Excellent customer service skills
Must be available to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Educational Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience:
Experience in driving a tow truck is preferred but not necessary as we provide Paid Training.
