Tour Accounts Receivable Coordinator (Business to Business)

Enterprise Mobility is a privately held company that manages a diverse fleet of vehicles and provides rental services globally. They are seeking an Accounts Receivable Coordinator to handle day-to-day billing inquiries and maintain customer accounts, ensuring timely collections and excellent customer service.ResponsibilitiesPrioritize assigned accounts and contact customers via email or phone to collect on past due balancesResearch and resolve rental disputes and billing issues; prepare adjustment requests and follow up with customers within thirty (30) daysMaintain clear and concise documentation in various databasesServe as the point of contact for assigned accounts; respond to emails and voicemail requestsContact management and sales prior to sending memo notifying accounts of credit suspensionReport issues concerning payment of accounts to SupervisorRequest and send reprints (paper or electronic) of invoices, statements, and vouchers to accountsMaintain all aging balances within percentage requirements dictated by managementAttend weekly collection meetings; provide account status and documentation to the Supervisor to ensure collection goals are metPrepare large volume customer account reconciliations for management review and reportingPerform extensive auditing of accounts receivablesSkillsMust have 1 year Account Receivable, Business to Business collections, reconciliation, and/or auditing experience requiredMust have Advanced Microsoft Excel skills requiredApart from religious observations, must be able to work Monday-Friday 40 hours/ work weekMust be willing to accept starting pay of $19.03/hourMust be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the futureBenefitsPaid Time Off, starting with 12 days off per yearHealth, Dental, Vision insurance; Life Insurance; Prescription coverageEmployee discounts on car rentals, car purchases and much more!401(k) retirement plan with company match and profit sharingCompany OverviewAt Enterprise Mobility™ we are paving a new way forward by creating better experiences for how we move.
