Key Responsibilities Lead projects for reporting and dashboards based on management requests, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of data insights.Partner with internal HR, Payroll, Benefits, Learning, Time Tracking, and Talent teams on data analysis, providing expert guidance and support. Develop and maintain complex reports and visualizations, including advanced, matrix, and composite reports, using Workday Report Writer, Worksheets, and Discovery Boards, as well as other tools. Collaborate with functional leaders to identify opportunities to leverage new Workday capabilities and features, enhancing reporting, calculated fields, and dashboards to support business objectives.Utilize ServiceNow to prioritize and respond to case inquiries, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues. Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should possess the following essential qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative discipline, such as Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Analytics, Statistics, Engineering, or related field.Minimum one year of HCM Reporting experience, with a strong focus on Workday Report Writing. Proficiency in bolthires Office Suite, SQL Script, VBA, Power BI, or other BI tools and statistical analysis software. Ability to self-research and develop skills as new capabilities are introduced, demonstrating a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
