• Travel Pay: $1,543–$1,693 weekly take-home (equivalent to $52–$58/hour)
• Local Pay: $44–$49/hour

Duties
• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Provide direct behavioral support and consultation to students and staff
• Train and mentor teachers and paraprofessionals in implementing strategies
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Collect and analyze data to evaluate student progress and adjust interventions
Requirements
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related field
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
• Eligible for Tennessee licensure or state requirements as applicable
• Prior experience in a school-based setting preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
