Base pay range

$77,300.00/yr - $128,800.00/yr

What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for data and reporting needs
• Extract, manipulate, and analyze data from various sources using SQL and other data querying tools
• Build and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau or Thoughtspot
• Identify and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to support strategic planning and operational efficiency
• Perform data validation and quality assurance testing to ensure accuracy of BI deliverables
What Is Required (Qualifications)
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in Business Analytics or Business Intelligence roles
• 3+ years of experience working with healthcare data, including claims and pharmacy data
• Proficiency in SQL and data profiling tools
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
• Experience with Business Intelligence tools
• Familiarity with Real World Data or Healthcare data
• Basic proficiency in SQL or Python for data analysis
