Tire & Battery Technician
At Sam's Club, our Tire & Battery Technicians are essential members of our automotive team. We are looking for enthusiastic, experienced individuals to join our team and help us provide exceptional service to our members. The ideal candidate should possess strong mechanical skills, a good attitude, and be comfortable interacting with customers. As a Tire & Battery Technician, you will be responsible for installation, maintenance, and repair of tires and batteries for our members. We're looking for someone who is reliable, friendly, and possesses the following qualifications:
Responsibilities:
? Install, maintain, and repair tires and batteries for Sam's Club members.
? Ensure that all installations, repairs, and maintenance are completed in accordance with applicable safety regulations and procedures.
? Provide exceptional customer service to members, answering their questions and addressing their concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
? Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with tires and batteries.
? Perform routine inspections and maintenance on tires and batteries.
? Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all tire and battery installations, repairs, and maintenance.
? Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and supervisors.
? Follow all safety protocols while performing all job duties.
