Location: Fully-Remote Employment Type: Full-time/Contract Job Summary: We are looking for a talented Listing Specialist to join our client's team, specializing in managing product listings on Walmart Marketplace and TikTok. You will be responsible for creating, optimizing, and maintaining high-quality product listings, ensuring they are well-structured and designed to maximize visibility, engagement, and sales on both platforms. Key Responsibilities: • Product Listing & Optimization • Create, update, and maintain product listings on Walmart Marketplace and TikTok Shop. • Write compelling product descriptions, optimize images, and ensure keyword-rich content to boost visibility and rankings. • Monitor and improve product SEO to ensure listings rank high in search results. • Ensure all product listings meet platform guidelines and compliance standards. • Data Analysis & Reporting • Track and analyze the performance of listings (e.g., traffic, conversion rates, reviews, etc.). • Provide regular performance reports and identify trends or areas for improvement. • Adjust strategies based on performance data to improve visibility and sales. • Customer Feedback & Support • Monitor customer reviews and feedback on Walmart and TikTok, addressing any issues that arise. • Coordinate with the customer service team to ensure product listings reflect any changes, updates, or customer feedback. • Inventory & Pricing Management • Manage inventory levels on both platforms, ensuring accurate stock availability. • Monitor competitive pricing and adjust listings to remain competitive and within profitability targets. • Platform-Specific Tasks • For Walmart Marketplace, open and manage cases for listing errors or performance issues. • For TikTok, assist with influencer partnerships and sponsored content collaborations when necessary. Qualifications: • Proven experience in managing product listings on Walmart Marketplace and/or TikTok Shop. • Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms and best practices for listing optimization. • Proficiency in SEO and keyword research. • Strong written communication skills for crafting product descriptions and marketing content. • Knowledge of inventory management and pricing strategies. • Ability to analyze data and adjust strategies based on performance metrics. • Experience with creative content production, especially for TikTok (e.g., videos, posts).
