TikTok Shop Setup, TikTok Ads Management & Growth Strategist Needed

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced TikTok Shop and TikTok Ads specialist to help Dreamiere get our TikTok Shop fully set up, optimized, and revenue-generating—while also auditing and improving our overall TikTok strategy.

This role is ideal for someone who understands both the technical setup of TikTok Shop and the creative + paid growth side of TikTok.

Scope of Work

The right candidate will assist with:

TikTok Shop Setup & Optimization

Complete TikTok Shop setup (products, integrations, shipping, policies, compliance)

Optimize product listings for TikTok Shop conversion

Ensure catalog is structured correctly for ads and organic discovery

Troubleshoot setup or approval issues

TikTok Ads Management

Audit existing TikTok ad account (if applicable)

Create, manage, and optimize TikTok ad campaigns

Product-focused ads, Spark Ads, and TikTok Shop ads

Budget guidance, testing strategy, and performance optimization

Clear reporting on performance and next steps

TikTok Strategy Audit & Advice

Audit Dreamiere’s current TikTok content and performance

Provide recommendations for organic growth and conversion

Advise on UGC, creator partnerships, and content strategy

Guidance on best practices for scaling TikTok Shop sales

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience with TikTok Shop setup and management

Strong background in TikTok Ads (including Spark Ads)

Experience working with ecommerce or DTC brands

Ability to explain strategy and decisions clearly

Results-driven mindset with examples of past success

Up-to-date knowledge of TikTok trends, policies, and platform changes
