The RoleWeâre looking for a Solutions Architect to take ownership of product demos, technical discovery, and customer onboarding experiences for Tikit.Youâll work closely with customer success and product to:Run high-impact demosLead technical conversations with IT leadersGuide customers through setup and onboardingTranslate real-world ITSM challenges into Tikit solutionsWhat Youâll DoPre-Sales & DemosDeliver compelling, tailored demos of Tikit to prospectsRun discovery sessions to understand customer ITSM workflows and requirementsMap Tikit capabilities to customer environments (Microsoft-first organizations)Answer technical questions across Tikit and Microsoft integrationsTechnical ValidationLead proof-of-concepts (POCs) and trial environmentsSupport prospects through technical evaluations and security reviewsManage sales cycles from technical win ? closed dealOnboarding & SetupRun guided setup sessions for new customersEnsure successful initial deployment inside Microsoft environmentsHelp customers configure Tikit integrations (Azure, Entra, Intune, Power Automate, etc.)Internal CollaborationWork closely with product to provide feedback from the fieldHelp refine demo environments and messagingHelp with marketing support activities, deliver webinars, blogs and support messagingRequirements What Weâre Looking ForCore Experience3â7+ years in a Solutions Architect / Solutions Engineer / Pre-Sales roleExperience demoing ITSM / Service Desk platforms (strong preference) Examples: ServiceNow, Freshservice, Zendesk, Jira Service Management, etc. Comfortable leading both business and technical conversationsTechnical SkillsStrong knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem, especially: Entra Microsoft Teams Intune / device management (nice to have) Power BI Power Automate Understanding of API integrations and SaaS architectureNice to HaveExperience working with or selling into IT teamsFamiliarity with ITIL / service management conceptsBackground in system administration or IT support before moving to pre-salesWhat Makes Someone Successful in This RoleYou can translate technical features into real business valueYouâre comfortable owning the room in demos (and adjusting on the fly)You understand how IT teams actually operateânot just how software worksYouâre proactive and donât need a script to run a great demo or setup sessionCompensation$100K - $140K, combination of base and OTETo Be Considered, Please Include: How you would run a 30-minute demo for a new ITSM prospect evaluating Tikit? Have you ever worked hands-on with a service desk platformâeither presenting, implementing, or administering it? If yes, which ones, and how did you use them? What Microsoft technologies have you worked with, and how have you used them in a customer-facing or internal administration scenario?
