Asset Analyst (Remote) - Join Costco's Dynamic Team!

Job Summary: We're looking for an experienced Business Operations Analyst with a passion for problem-solving to join our Asset Management Team. As an Asset Analyst, you'll play a critical role in managing the business-to-business movement of IT assets and supplies throughout their lifecycle. You'll work closely with our team to develop and maintain a comprehensive wealth management program, identify opportunities for process improvements, and implement best practices. Key Responsibilities: • Perform data reviews and analysis of software assets to identify data integrity issues and root causes of anomalies. • Provide resolution of discrepancies between extracted inventory data and CARTS data. • Support efforts to expand total footprint software visibility into the Software Asset Management tool. • Learn, understand, and provide expertise in asset management policies and procedures. • Create and maintain process documentation and references. • Initiate cross-collaboration with internal and vendor teams to support problem-solving activities. • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and implement best practices. Requirements: • 2+ years of experience in wealth management or equivalent experience in inventory/materials management. • Solid understanding of hardware and software asset life cycles and supply chain methods and processes. • Experience using Excel to analyze datasets, including pivot tables and formulas. • Analytical, detail-oriented, and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and organizational skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Willingness to accept guidance and training from management and colleagues. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with ServiceNow ("CARTS") and hardware asset management modules. • IT Asset Management certification (e.g., CHAMP, CSAM, CITAM). • Knowledge of Costco's business operations or experience working with large organizations. • Experience with SCCM, Bigfix, or ServiceNow discovery data discovery tools. • Proficiency in G-Suite (Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc.).
