About the position

This position will be responsible for the execution of Learning initiatives. Support includes the delivery of leadership development courses and skills training for plant Team Members; day 1 and beyond orientation; OJT training; measuring the learner experience; launching and collecting surveys to solicit feedback; ongoing identification of improvement opportunities; implement feedback. This position will interact regularly with HR and operations, as well as other management support and hourly Team Members.

Responsibilities
• Review training needs with complex/plant management teams as assigned
,
• Identify gaps in training and work with the location leaders to close those gaps. Collect and analyze course feedback
,
• Manage qualification process (Ops), including tracking of progress, and pay and job impacts once qualified
,
• Delivery of live training and organize facility-based training, e.g. OTJ Training and Onboarding, leadership and soft-skill.

Requirements
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred. Equivalent work experience to be considered in lieu of higher education.

• Experience: 2 years relevant work experience
,
• Computer Skills: Advanced computer skills
,
• Communication Skills: Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills required. Team member must be able to adapt their communication style for all levels within the organization.
,
• Special Skills: Extensive Operations and Manufacturing experience preferred. Ability to work with all levels of Team Members and develop positive and strong business partner relationships. Highly organized with the ability to multi-task.
