As a Remote Data Entry Specialist (Typist), you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data entry processes. Key Responsibilities Precise Data Entry : Enter data into the QuickClaim system while working with a continuous flow of images. Document Classification : Classify document types based on the documentation provided. Quality Assurance : Review and confirm that the data entered meets or surpasses established quality benchmarks. Confidentiality and Compliance : Uphold the confidentiality of all Personal Health Information (PHI) in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Collaboration and Communication : Collaborate professionally with team members as necessary. Process Improvement : Propose enhancements to improve job processes. Task Management : Complete all assigned tasks within the designated timeframe. Additional Responsibilities : Undertake additional basic office duties as required. Essential Qualifications and Skills Required Skills Self-Motivation and Work Ethic : Self-motivated with a robust work ethic. Multitasking and Efficiency : Strong multitasking abilities and efficient work practices. Attention to Detail : Exceptional attention to detail and focus.
