This position is ideal for a hands-on IT professional who thrives in client-facing environments, excels in troubleshooting, and enjoys working with a wide range of diverse technologies.Tasks
Provide first-level technical support to clients by diagnosing and resolving issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
Document all client interactions, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in the company's ticketing system to maintain accurate records and facilitate knowledge sharing.
Escalate complex technical issues to higher-tier support teams, ensuring that all necessary information is provided for efficient resolution.
Participate in continuous training and development programs to stay updated on the latest technologies and improve technical skills, contributing to team growth and client success.
Requirements
Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide clear and concise technical support to non-technical users.
Basic understanding of networking principles and IT infrastructure, including experience with troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Strong problem-solving skills and a demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Proficiency in using and supporting Windows and macOS operating systems, as well as familiarity with remote desktop tools.
