As a Ticketing and Sales Agent at Disney, you will be responsible for selling tickets and providing exceptional customer service to guests visiting Disney theme parks. You will assist guests with purchasing tickets, answering questions about attractions and events, and helping them have a magical experience during their visit. This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
1. High school diploma or equivalent
2. Previous customer service experience
3. Strong communication skills
4. Ability to work in a team environment
5. Attention to detail
6. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
7. Knowledge of Disney parks and attractions is a plus
Responsibilities:
1. Sell tickets to guests visiting Disney theme parks
2. Provide information about attractions, events, and promotions
3. Assist guests with booking reservations and planning their visit
4. Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
5. Maintain a clean and organized work area
6. Meet sales goals and targets
7. Stay up-to-date on park policies and procedures
