Job Description
The Commercial Customer Care Lead will manage and drive high-quality customer care to support the order entry process, shipping and receiving, customer return coordination, contract review, and process audits for improving efficiency to provide a holistic customer experience approach. We are an entrepreneurial driven, fast paced organization with decade long, double-digit growth that hires highly motivated professionals for our teams.
This is a unique opportunity for an enthusiastic, customer-focused professional that wants to play an integral role in building a world-class customer care experience with an organization that is fundamentally changing the nature of the global food supply. We're looking for someone who enjoys interacting with internal and external customers to build relationships.
The Commercial Customer Care Lead position is based at our Bend, Oregon headquarters. The role will require travel to the field in California on a quarterly basis.
Here's what you'll do:
• Lead the order entry process
• Partner with shipping and receiving for customer orders
• Support customer return coordination
• Identify gaps and drive process improvement in the customer care process
Qualifications
• Highly personable and enjoys collaborative relationship building with stakeholders
• Attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to learn and understand diverse product lines
• Ability to work with minimal supervision while sharing enthusiasm for teamwork and collaboration
