We are seeking an experienced, engaging Athletic Recruitment specialist to join our team. The counselor must understand the nuances of competitive college athletics and the challenges of recruiting for a variety of NCAA sports. Additionally, the counselor will need to have a strong background in the academic requirements for schools, eligibility standards for each division, and an understanding of recruitment timelines and how that will impact the admissions process. This is a part-time position with excellent opportunities for growth (including full-time management roles); hours depend on client load and the scope of client work we receive. While this is a part-time job, we expect full-time effort and dedication to your students when you are working!
