The Financial Analyst at The Carter Center is responsible for managing the full life cycle of subawards, including pre-award, award, and post-award processes. Responsibilities
ā¢ Analyze historical accounting data to aid in financial planning.

ā¢ Assist in year-end audits and ensure accuracy of accounting data.

ā¢ Analyze financial statements and prepare financial reports.

ā¢ Project future trends and prepare long-range operational forecasts and cash flow analysis.

ā¢ Assist in preparing, developing, and monitoring budgets.

ā¢ Perform indirect cost analysis.

ā¢ Perform related responsibilities as required.
Requirements
ā¢ Bachelor's degree in accounting, business management, finance, or a related field.

ā¢ Two years of financial analysis or accounting experience, or equivalent combination of experience, education, and training.
Nice-to-haves
ā¢ Professional financial certifications encouraged.

ā¢ Minimum of four years' experience in finance and administration.

ā¢ Experience with operational policy formulation and assessment.

ā¢ Comprehensive accounting and budgeting skills.
