Texas Licensed Loan Processor
A company is looking for a Loan Processor II responsible for reviewing mortgage loan documentation for compliance and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
ā¢ Process a high volume of loans, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and regulatory standards
ā¢ Monitor loan pipelines, track rate lock information, and communicate with Loan Originators to maintain data integrity
ā¢ Review loan files for completeness, update records, and prepare files for submission to Underwriting and Closing
Required Qualifications
ā¢ High school diploma or GED; bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
ā¢ Minimum of three years of experience in the mortgage industry, including two years in mortgage loan processing
ā¢ Experience with FHA, VA, and USDA loans, as well as Texas Home Equity Loans
ā¢ Proficiency in analyzing personal tax returns and supporting schedules
ā¢ Must be bondable and have reliable internet access of at least 50MBPS
