**Job Description**

As a Customer Service - Self Storage Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing daily operations, and driving sales growth at our self-storage facilities. Your primary focus will be on ensuring customer satisfaction, resolving issues promptly, and promoting our services to existing and potential customers.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Manage daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, facility maintenance, and security protocols
* Promote arenaflex services to existing and potential customers, driving sales growth and increasing revenue
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and colleagues
* Conduct site inspections, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance customer experience
* Collaborate with other team members to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements

**Essential Qualifications:**

* 1-2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in sales, retail, or hospitality
* Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and meeting sales targets
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
* Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and make sound decisions
* Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions
* Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* Experience in the self-storage industry or a related field
* Knowledge of sales techniques, customer relationship management, and conflict resolution
* Familiarity with point-of-sale systems, inventory management, and facility maintenance software
