Join a culture of collaboration and innovation that matters and a chance to learn, effect change, and make meaningful contributions at work and in communities. ​Territory Sales ManagementResponsible for managing a portfolio of clients to achieve business strategy and sales targets by travelling throughout the assigned metropolitan and rural sales territoryConduct, review and update territory analysis, travel plan, distributor sales plans and opportunity assessment within agreed timelines.Manage and merchandise trade displays at distributors and dealers.Promote the use of Donaldson product at dealer and trade events as required.Coordinate customer requests and concerns working collaboratively with internal Donaldson departments.Complete monthly report template that details customer activity and opportunities, and competitor activities; to be submitted by due date. Develops a deep understanding of correct and efficient maintenance practices.Sales AdministrationDaily input of all customer activities into CRM including accounts and opportunities; new customer data and other sales data for current customers.Complete submission of monthly expense reports as per agreed timelines.Prepares weekly and quarterly travel plans.SafetyActively promotes safety by ensuring safe systems of work within role.Adheres to all company WHS policies and procedures.Follows client’s WHS policies and procedures when on site.Reports all incidents in a timely manner; implements outcomes as requested.GeneralUndertake all tasks with a positive and professional work ethic.Manages and maintains assigned Company assets including keeping company assigned vehicles clean and maintained at all times.Ensures all activities comply with Company’s Code of Conduct; Company policies and procedures and other relevant legislation, legal and professional standards.Undertake any other task associated with the operations of the business that may be reasonably requested from time to time or subject to a specific direction.Available to travel interstate as required.Employment opportunities for positions in the United States may require use of information which is subject to the export control regulations of the United States.
