You Will Contribute To Several Vital Areas, Including
Ā Data Visualization Engineering: Develop and enhance data visualization tools, contribute to shared libraries, and create custom visualizations.
Ā Data Engineering: Build robust data pipelines, process data for visualization, and publish content on prominent platforms.
Ā Product Management: Organize resources, plan implementations, and track progress for public-facing data initiatives.
Ā Design: Conduct user research, design engaging user experiences, and develop intuitive interaction and information architecture.
Responsibilities
Ā Lead and coach a development team to achieve sprint goals, ensuring projects move forward successfully.
Ā Apply Agile principles to address challenges and improve processes.
Ā Use Agile tools to drive sustainable improvements and help your team meet project milestones.
Qualifications
Ā Bachelor's Degree with 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Product Manager in Agile environments.
Ā Proficiency with Agile tools like JIRA.
Ā Experience facilitating stand-ups, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and more.
Ā Strong understanding of project management frameworks and software development processes.
Ā Ability to work independently with minimal direction.
Ā Certified SAFe Practitioner or SAFe Agilist, and Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
Preferred Qualifications
Ā Active CDC badge.
Ā 2+ years supporting public health projects.
Ā Experience as a Business Analyst.
Ā Skills in coaching teams for better outcomes and process improvements.
