Temporary TPS Tax Processor

They are seeking a Tax Processor to support their Tax Processing Services team by electronically processing tax returns, coordinating deliveries, and assisting with client matters. Responsibilities Electronically processing and assembling completed tax returns and related reports, delivering completed packages, and updating the tracking system Performing a self-review for completeness and accuracy of the instruction/information contained in the virtual folder Coordinating the delivery of assembled tax returns for shipment to client in a timely manner Assisting with the set-up of new client matters in the system Assisting with tax software and document management maintenance Skills High school diploma or equivalent, bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent combination of relevant education and/or experience may be substituted Ability to work overtime (evenings and Saturdays) as needed with or without advanced notice Demonstrated ability to multi-task and turn around projects quickly Excellent administrative and computer skills with ability to print, collate and assemble documents, electronically and physically Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Dependable, reliable, and a strong attention to detail with the ability to self-review May require some standing for periods of time Can do attitude and an ability to work under pressure and meet deadline Strong organizational and customer service skills Prior experience with tax returns is a plus Benefits Generous PTO A flexible work environment Expanded parental leave Extensive learning & development Paid time off for employees to volunteer Company Overview CohnReznick LLP provides clients with forward thinking advice that helps them navigate complex business and financial issues.
