• Filing and organizing documents
• Answering phones and directing calls
• Greeting customers and visitors
• Assisting with preparations for lunches, company events, and employee appreciation activities
Ideal candidates should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a friendly demeanor. Previous office experience is a plus!
