About the Role
In this high-level specialist role, you will focus on providing project management for the planning team and planning stages of a project. Your expertise will be crucial in mentoring our people, advancing the quality of our work, integrating our range of design services, managing our processes, and delivering solid financial performance.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop successful partnering relationships with clients to drive future opportunities and growth
Develop and maintain positive client relations throughout the project lifecycle, communicating design, construction, and other issues in a clear and compelling way
Play a lead role in key meetings and presentations, participating in business development activities and partnering with Marketing and Office Leadership as needed
Ensure appropriate client and internal communication, including written project documentation, and proactively manage project risks and compliance
Lead project teams to develop project goals and work plans, achieving quality, budget, schedule, innovation, and profitability objectives
Facilitate the development, evolution, and management of the work plan, budget, and schedule, using preferred tools such as MS Project and Deltek Project Planning
Manage design and documentation processes, implementing the design during the construction process, and maintaining project records and risk management plans
Collaborate effectively with all team members, generating and supporting a positive team environment, and providing constructive feedback and mentoring to team members

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or a related field
Minimum of 10 years of related experience, with capability of performing in a project management role for single or multiple projects
Licensure or registration in the United States preferred, with LEED accreditation and advanced knowledge in the discipline
Strong client leadership skills, business acumen, and project team management skills, with the ability to lead and mentor less experienced staff
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with familiarity with Revit, Microsoft Office, MS Project, Deltek Vision, Bluebeam, and other data management software

What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary range of $103,200 to $129,000 annually, with discretionary bonuses and a full benefit package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, flexible spending account options, and voluntary insurances.
