If you’re looking for a role where your meticulous attention to detail directly supports the health of millions while working in a supportive, growth‑oriented environment, you’ve found the right place.

Role Overview – Temporary Data Entry Operator
We are seeking disciplined, detail‑oriented individuals to join our temporary workforce as Data Entry Operators. In this role, you will be the backbone of our data‑capture process, converting source documents into accurate, digitized records that fuel downstream analytics, billing, and care coordination. You will work closely with the Production Supervisor and collaborate with internal teams to ensure data integrity, timely delivery, and exceptional internal and external customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Document Management: Receive, organize, and track incoming source documents (paper, PDFs, scanned images) ensuring each file is correctly logged in the system.
Data Capture: Accurately enter alphabetic, numeric, and symbolic information from source documents into arenaflex’s proprietary platforms, adhering to production guidelines.
Quality Assurance: Perform double‑entry verification or use screen‑based re‑entry tools to compare entered data against source material, identifying and correcting discrepancies.
Record‑Keeping: Complete and maintain activity logs, production forms, and audit trails to provide transparent documentation of work completed.
Issue Resolution: Respond promptly to internal queries regarding entered data, investigate root causes of errors, and apply corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Customer Service Excellence: Uphold the arenaflex (HXG) culture by delivering courteous, timely communication to both internal stakeholders and external partners.
Team Collaboration: Take direction from the Production Supervisor, attend briefings and team meetings on time, and contribute ideas for process improvement.
Environment Maintenance: Maintain a focused, business‑like production environment by minimizing personal distractions and adhering to workplace conduct standards.

Essential Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; an Associate’s degree or equivalent experience is a plus.
0‑2 years of prior data entry, clerical, or administrative experience.
Minimum typing speed of 45 words per minute with high accuracy (≥ 98%).
Proficiency with standard keyboard, mouse, and PC operations.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Access.
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to spot inconsistencies and errors quickly.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear customer interactions.

Preferred Skills & Attributes

Experience with data‑capture software, optical character recognition (OCR) tools, or electronic health record (EHR) systems.
Familiarity with healthcare terminology, payer/provider data structures, or insurance claim processing.
Demonstrated ability to work independently while maintaining high productivity levels.
Problem‑solving mindset – proactively identifying workflow bottlenecks and suggesting improvements.
Adaptability to shifting priorities in a fast‑paced, temporary assignment environment.

Core Competencies for Success

Accuracy & Precision: Consistently deliver error‑free data entry that meets arenaflex’s strict quality thresholds.
Time Management: Effectively prioritize multiple document streams to meet daily and weekly production targets.
Customer‑Centric Mindset: Treat every internal and external interaction as an opportunity to reinforce arenaflex’s reputation for reliability and professionalism.
Collaboration: Communicate openly with supervisors and teammates, sharing insights that drive continuous improvement.
Integrity & Confidentiality: Safeguard sensitive healthcare information in compliance with HIPAA and arenaflex’s data‑privacy policies.
