Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Virtual Reading Specialist Teacher to support students in improving their reading skills... The ideal candidate will work with students across various grade levels, identifying reading challenges, creating individualized learning plans, and providing targeted interventions to help students achieve their literacy goals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct assessments to identify students' reading levels and specific needs.
• Develop and implement personalized reading intervention strategies.
• Provide one-on-one or small group instruction in reading comprehension, phonics, fluency, and vocabulary.
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, parents, and other specialists to support students' overall academic progress.
• Monitor and report on student progress regularly.
• Utilize virtual teaching tools and platforms effectively to engage students.
• Stay updated with the latest research and best practices in reading instruction.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Reading/Literacy, or a related field.
• Valid Massachusetts teaching license or certification as a Reading Specialist.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Reading Specialist, preferably in a virtual or hybrid setting.
• Strong knowledge of reading intervention strategies and literacy development.
• Proficiency in using virtual teaching platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Classroom, etc.).
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
