We are searching for a temporary data entry clerk for a six-week assignment to assist us with data processing for 10dlc phone registration submissions.
What Youll Do:
Proactively collect information for processing
Maintain accurate records and data entry
Clearly communicate submissions that cannot be processed and follow escalation procedures
Respond to submissions and basic inquiries
Assist with related tasks as assigned
What Youll Need:
Demonstrated experience in data entry preferred
Previous inbound or outbound call center experience preferred
Aptitude for quickly learning and navigating new systems
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Detail-oriented with attention to accuracy required
Strong organizational and time management skills required
Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
Available shifts:
8am-5pm, Monday - Friday
