Teachers of Tomorrow is looking to add an enthusiastic Administrative Support Associate to our team. In this role, you will support the administrative functions at Teachers of Tomorrow. As an Administrative Support team member, you should have a keen eye for attention to detail, while maintaining accuracy in data entry. This is a temporary hourly non-exempt role; 20- 40 hours per week

About the Position
Your role as an Administrative Support team member is crucial to our Alternative Certification Program, as you will be tasked with work that ensures our compliance with TEA requirements.
• Key Responsibilities (Individual Contributor)
• Ensure compliance as directed during project work
• Input data entry with extreme accuracy
• Data uploads as required
• Gather information required for data input and upload
• Assist in the preparation and management of confidential documents and information
• Assist team members with compliance requirements
• Review program data for consistency in multiple systems and conduct data cleanup projects
• Provide other administrative duties as assigned

• Excellent attention to detail.
• Accuracy in data entry, uploads, and gathering information
• Superior time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
• Demonstrate enthusiasm, initiative, teamwork, and professionalism.
• Must be able to legally work in any US company without sponsorship
