Teletherapy School Psychologist in NC
A contract opportunity is available for a licensed Clinical Psychologist to deliver telehealth psychological services within a K-12 educational setting. This position involves providing comprehensive psychological support for students ranging from Pre-Kindergarten through 12th grade.
Key Responsibilities:
⢠Conduct telehealth assessments and evaluations to identify student psychological needs.
⢠Develop and implement individualized intervention plans based on assessment results.
⢠Collaborate with educators and families to support student mental health and academic performance.
⢠Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as necessary.
⢠Maintain accurate records in compliance with regulatory standards and school policies.
Qualifications:
⢠Clinical Psychologist license issued by the North Carolina Psychology Board (required).
⢠Proven experience working with school-aged children in psychological assessment and intervention.
⢠Familiarity with telehealth delivery methods and related technology.
⢠Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and educational staff.
⢠Knowledge of age-appropriate psychological theories and practices for Pre-K to 12 students.
Location & Schedule:
⢠Position based in New Bern, NC.
⢠Contract position with an anticipated duration through June 5, 2026.
⢠Expected to work 25-30 hours per week.
⢠Immediate availability preferred.
