Teletherapy School Psychologist in NC
A contract opportunity is available for a licensed Clinical Psychologist to deliver telehealth psychological services within a K-12 educational setting. This position involves providing comprehensive psychological support for students ranging from Pre-Kindergarten through 12th grade.
Key Responsibilities:
ā¢ Conduct telehealth assessments and evaluations to identify student psychological needs.
ā¢ Develop and implement individualized intervention plans based on assessment results.
ā¢ Collaborate with educators and families to support student mental health and academic performance.
ā¢ Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as necessary.
ā¢ Maintain accurate records in compliance with regulatory standards and school policies.
Qualifications:
ā¢ Clinical Psychologist license issued by the North Carolina Psychology Board (required).
ā¢ Proven experience working with school-aged children in psychological assessment and intervention.
ā¢ Familiarity with telehealth delivery methods and related technology.
ā¢ Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and educational staff.
ā¢ Knowledge of age-appropriate psychological theories and practices for Pre-K to 12 students.
Location & Schedule:
ā¢ Position based in New Bern, NC.
ā¢ Contract position with an anticipated duration through June 5, 2026.
ā¢ Expected to work 25-30 hours per week.
ā¢ Immediate availability preferred.
