Job Description: Teletherapist

Responsibilities:
Conduct teletherapy sessions with clients using secure video conferencing technology.Assess clients' mental health concerns, emotional issues, and goals for therapy.Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on clients' needs and objectives.Provide counseling and therapeutic interventions to address a range of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties.Collaborate with clients to set achievable goals and monitor progress throughout therapy sessions.Maintain accurate and confidential records of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with ethical and legal standards.Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals and community resources as needed for comprehensive treatment.Stay informed about best practices and evidence-based approaches in teletherapy and mental health counseling.
Requirements:
Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field.Licensed or Registered with BBS as a therapist or counselor (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT) in the state where services will be provided.Previous experience in providing counseling or therapy services, preferably in a teletherapy or virtual setting.Proficient in using technology for remote communication and comfortable with video conferencing platforms.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and trust with clients remotely.Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective client interactions and documentation.Commitment to maintaining ethical standards and confidentiality in all aspects of client care.
