School Psychologist Job Description:
 Provide Counseling and Support: Offer individual and group counseling to address academic, social, and emotional issues, helping students develop coping strategies.
 Consult with Educators and Parents: Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to create supportive environments, offering guidance on classroom management and behavioral interventions.
 Conduct Assessments and Evaluations: Perform assessments to identify students' learning, behavioral, and emotional needs, and develop IEPs with intervention recommendations.
 Develop and Implement Programs: Design programs to promote mental health, prevent bullying, address substance abuse, and conduct workshops for staff, students, and parents.
School Psychologist Job Qualifications:
 Master's degree in School Psychology.
 ActiveColorado School Psychology license.
 At least 2 years of experience working in a school setting.
 Experience providing virtual therapy services is preferred but not required.
 Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
 A Reliable computer & internet speed (no Chromebooks/tablets permitted)
Pay & Benefits:
 1099 Position
 Guaranteed Weekly Hours
 Potential Tax benefits
 Hourly rate consistent across direct/indirect hours
 ($40-55/hr depending on district budget/candidate experience)
 Clinical/Technical Team on standby
Interview Process:
 10 - 15 minute screening call with a VocoVision Recruiter.
 20 - 30 minute Virtual Interview with the School District.
 Offer is typically within 24-48 hours of the virtual interview.
