Job Description
You will be responsible for:
Contacting potential customers over the phone to promote and sell our products/services.
Follow up with customers who have expressed interest in our products/services.
Meet and exceed sales targets on a consistent basis.
Provide excellent customer service to all customers.
Update and maintain customer information in the company's database.
Collaborate with key stakeholders in the business.
Be responsible and accountable for your sales performance.
Contribute positively to the team to create a fun working environment.
The Successful Applicant
We are looking for candidates with:
Experience in closing sales over the phone.
Confidence and assertive communication skills.
Resilience and the ability to thrive in a targeted environment.
The ability to work well under pressure.
Strong customer service skills.
The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Knowledge of sales techniques and principles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
