International Client Solutions - Analyst

iCapital is looking to hire a Client Solutions Analyst to join the International Client Solutions team with a focus on Latin America. The role involves developing and maintaining relationships with banks, broker dealers, and family offices in LATAM, while supporting the growth of the business in alternative investments.ResponsibilitiesAssist the lead coverage team and Unicorn with pitching and onboarding new businesses, including the preparation of Requests for Proposals (RPFs) and presentation of platform demonstrationsWork collaboratively with internal cross-functional teams and Unicorn to ensure new clients and advisors are properly trained to use the platform and are provided with adequate hands-on support during their first tradesAssist in development and rollout of Lynk ETNs as an alternative access point to alternative investments in the regionRespond suitably to inbound inquiries, vet opportunitiesDevelop presentations and analysis for internal and external meetings and projectsBuild strong internal relationships within iCapital and work closely with other teams (Research and Fund Management, Product Development, Enterprise Integration Group, Marketing, Legal, Regulatory and Compliance, Technology, Operations, etc.) to achieve the best client outcomes and successful long-term client relationshipsCommunicate feedback from clients and prospects within the organization to improve delivery of solutions and the overall client experience and enhance competitivenessAssist in the preparation of senior management and board reportingSkills1-3+ years of experience in a business development or relationship management capacityFluent in Spanish is a requirementKnowledge of the alternative investments industry and key stakeholders (Admins, Transfer Agents, and Custodians)Excellent verbal and written communication skillsStrategic mindset and able to work independentlyExcellent project management skills, well organized and a highly collaborative strategic thinkerExcellent Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Salesforce skillsDemonstrated client service skills with stakeholders and clientsInternational experience is preferredAdequate exposure to private markets and/or hedge fund asset classes and knowledge of private wealth distribution channels is highly preferredBenefitsEquity for all full-time employeesAnnual performance bonusEmployer matched retirement planGenerously subsidized healthcare with 100% employer paid dentalVisionTelemedicineVirtual mental health counselingParental leaveUnlimited paid time off (PTO)Company OverviewiCapital is a fintech platform for alternative investments and investors.
