Board Certification: Mandatory.
State Licensure: Must be licensed in one or multiple of these states: CT, FL IL, AZ, SC, MI, CA, NJ, NY, WI
Adaptability: Ability to swiftly adapt to different hospital systems and provide high-quality care during transitional periods.
