Telephony Customer Service Advisor - Banking
Honeycomb are working with a leading Bank within Northern Ireland to recruit for a number of Customer Service Advisors. This role is a full time temporary position. This role will have the option to work from home once training has been completed.
Your Responsibilities:
• Be the first point of contact for all customers in the bank and provide a professional, friendly and efficient service, on the telephone.
• You will support customers by identifying and recommending appropriate service options with quality conversations and signpost to product offerings.
• Maintaining High Standard Data Security And GDPR Regulations.
• Following Your Assigned Daily Schedules and Tasks.
• Managing Complaints
