Job Description:
This is a fully remote nursing role that allows you to use your clinical judgment and communication skills in a telephonic environment. You’ll handle incoming calls from patients and caregivers, perform comprehensive assessments, and offer guidance based on protocols, triage tools, and nursing expertise. You’ll work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to support continuity of care while providing a high standard of service.

Requirements:
Active, unrestricted RN license (multi-state compact license preferred)
Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in acute care, ER, urgent care, or family practice
Experience in telephonic triage or remote nursing strongly preferred
Strong clinical judgment and the ability to remain calm under pressure
Excellent verbal communication and documentation skills
Proficient with electronic health records and phone-based triage software
Located in the U.S. with a reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
Responsibilities:
Manage incoming patient calls and assess symptoms using evidence-based protocols
Document triage outcomes and ensure proper referral or escalation when necessary
Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and care teams
Provide education and reassurance to patients and caregivers
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA and nursing standards
