You will partner with stakeholders and engineering teams to translate business needs into actionable plans, ensuring the delivery of scalable, high-quality solutions that support clinical and operational excellence.What We OfferCompetitive compensationComprehensive health and dental coverageRetirement savings plan with company contributionsPaid time off and company holidaysFlexible remote work optionsWhat You’ll Be DoingCoordinate execution across multiple enterprise initiatives, including internal application development, system integrations, automation, and platform modernizationPartner with business stakeholders to gather, document, and translate requirements into actionable deliverables for technical teamsLead Agile delivery processes, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectivesMaintain project plans, timelines, and dependencies across multiple concurrent workstreamsMonitor delivery progress, identify risks or blockers, and drive resolution across cross-functional teamsSupport intake and prioritization of new initiatives, aligning scope with business needs, technical feasibility, and resource capacityProvide leadership with clear, data-driven reporting on project status, risks, resource allocation, and delivery healthServe as the primary point of coordination between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment throughout the project lifecycleEnsure adherence to enterprise delivery standards, governance frameworks, and best practicesDrive continuous improvement in delivery processes, tools, and Agile practices to enhance efficiency and predictabilityWhat We Look ForBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience10+ years of experience managing technology programs, enterprise systems, or complex IT initiativesProven expertise in Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC) environmentsStrong experience coordinating multiple concurrent projects and managing cross-team dependenciesDemonstrated ability to gather and translate business requirements into technical execution plansExperience working with enterprise applications, system integrations, or modernization initiativesFamiliarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or enterprise SaaS environmentsStrong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skillsAbility to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across technical and business teamsProfessional certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent are preferredBased in or able to work remotely within CanadaAt Clario, our purpose is to transform lives by unlocking better evidence.
