Provide expert nursing care as a Registered Nurse specializing in Telemetry. This role focuses on continuous cardiac monitoring and managing patients with various cardiac and medical conditions. As a critical member of the healthcare team, you will deliver compassionate and skilled nursing interventions to promote patient recovery and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor patients’ cardiac rhythms and vital signs using telemetry equipment
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care tailored to individual patient needs
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes
• Administer medications and treatments following established protocols
• Educate patients and families regarding health conditions and care plans
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with hospital policies

Desired Experience and Qualifications:
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Virginia
• Prior experience in telemetry nursing or relevant acute care settings
• Strong clinical assessment skills and knowledge of cardiac monitoring
• Ability to respond quickly and effectively to changes in patient condition
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred
