Responsibilities: • Monitor patients using telemetry equipment to detect and respond to cardiac irregularities. • Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions accurately. • Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans. • Educate patients and families about health conditions and post-discharge care. • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient status and care provided.
