Telemedicine Provider (MD/NP) – Antiparasitic Therapies

Position Overview Elite Care is seekingRemote MDs and NPs to provide telemedicine services involving Ivermectin and Mebendazole–based treatment protocols when clinically appropriate. This role is ideal for providers experienced in patient evaluation, evidence-informed prescribing, and longitudinal therapy management who are seeking flexible, fully remote work. Responsibilities • Conduct virtual synchronous and asynchronous visits for patients • Evaluate symptoms, review medical history, and laboratory data as appropriate • Determine clinical appropriateness for treatment involving Ivermectin and/or Mebendazole • Educate patients on medication use, potential benefits, risks, and treatment expectations • Prescribe medications in accordance with clinical judgment, current guidelines, and state regulations • Monitor patient response to therapy and adjust treatment plans as needed • Maintain accurate, compliant medical documentation within the telemedicine platform Qualifications • MD or DO from an accredited medical school or licensed NP • Board certified • Active, unrestricted U.S.medical license • Multiple state licenses preferred (5+ a plus, not required) • Experience prescribing Ivermectin, Mebendazole, or anti parasitic therapies preferred • Telemedicine experience preferred • Strong clinical judgment and patient communication skills • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • Strong computer skills and comfort with telehealth platforms Additional Details • Malpractice insurance provided • 1099 independent contractor position • Flexible scheduling based on provider availability • Patient volume is dependent on availability and number of active state licenses • Full software training provided Job Types: Part-time, Locum tenens Pay: $25.00 - $100.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 5 per weekBenefits: • Flexible schedule Work Location:Remote Apply tot his job
