Description

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Psychotherapist (LICSW, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC) or Psychologist (PsyD, PhD) to provide telehealth psychotherapy services to healthcare professionals. In this part-time role, you will offer much-needed mental health support to medical first responders, helping them navigate the unique challenges of their work environment.

This is a fee-for-service position, and in addition to therapy sessions, compensation includes participation in meetings. Our administrative team will handle credentialing, referrals, appointment scheduling, billing, and accounting—allowing you to focus entirely on patient care.

Skills
• Active LICSW, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, PsyD, or PhD license in the state of Massachusetts.
• Minimum of two years of clinical experience treating individuals.
• Experience working with healthcare professionals or first responders.
• Strong commitment to learning and professional growth.

• Strong interpersonal skills with sensitivity to diverse communication styles and priorities.
• Experience providing therapy via telemedicine platforms.
• Training in evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), or Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT).
• Experience using clinical assessment tools (e.g., PHQ-9) to monitor progress and treatment outcomes.

Responsibilities
• Provide individual psychotherapy to healthcare workers via telemedicine.
• Develop and implement therapeutic treatment plans tailored to the needs of first responders.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with a diverse team of professionals to enhance patient care.

• Active LICSW, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, PsyD, or PhD license in the state of Massachusetts.
• Minimum of two years of clinical experience treating individuals.

Education Requirements
• Required: Active professional license in the state of Massachusetts.
