Telehealth Physician Assistant (FL Licensed) – Part-Time | HRT / Functional Medicine
We are actively hiring to support an established Florida patient panel and are looking to onboard quickly.
Overview
Part-time telehealth role within a concierge-style, cash-pay primary care and functional medicine clinic.
You will primarily be responsible for managing Florida patients.
Current panel includes approximately 80 active patients with steady consult volume.
All administrative and operational tasks — including invoicing, pharmacy coordination, lab tracking, and follow-up — are handled by support staff.
Your role is focused entirely on clinical care and patient interaction.
A structured clinical framework is in place to guide patient evaluation, treatment decisions, and consistency of care.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Conduct telehealth consults (new and follow-up patients)
• Evaluate symptoms, labs, and clinical history
• Develop and document treatment plans
• Make clear, confident clinical recommendations
• Guide patients through treatment decisions and next steps
Encounters typically range from 20–45 minutes, depending on visit type.
This is a concierge model — patients have direct access to their provider for communication and follow-up.
What We’re Looking For
• Experience in HRT, peptides, GLP-1, or functional medicine
• Comfortable operating in a cash-pay model
• Able to confidently recommend treatment plans
• Strong communicator who can guide patient decisions
This Role Is Not a Fit If
• You are uncomfortable making clear treatment recommendations
• You prefer passive or conservative management without action
• You rely strictly on reference ranges without interpreting patterns
• You are not confident discussing treatment plans in a cash-pay setting
Schedule
• Flexible weekday schedule with a mix of morning and afternoon clinic blocks (e.g., 9–1 or 1–5), providing consistent patient access throughout the week.
• Opportunity to expand as patient volume grows
Compensation
• $50 per primary care consult (20-45 min)
• $30 per weight loss consult (15 min)
• $100 per patient conversion into ongoing care
• Low-hour, flexible role with income scaling as volume grows.
Requirements
• Active Florida PA license
• Active DEA
• Experience in HRT, metabolic optimization, or functional medicine
• Strong communication skills
Additional Notes
• No administrative burden — all operations handled by support staff
• Supervising physician and malpractice coverage provided
• Company phone provided for patient communication
• Providers are supported by a structured clinical framework designed to improve consistency, clinical reasoning, and patient outcomes
