Our Foodsmart RDs leverage Foodsmart's digital platform to provide a broad range of nutrition and health-related consultations, ultimately helping our members stretch their food dollar, eat healthier, and reduce the risk of chronic disease.In this role, you'll have the ability to truly change the lives of the members we serve, many of whom are Medicaid members and from underserved communities. You will tackle the root causes of food and nutrition insecurity. This means that you will provide MNT in multiple capacities, including supporting your patient in accessing and using SNAP benefits, affording and buying groceries digitally on Foodsmart's marketplace, and building healthier eating and shopping habits for life.
